UK delivery: £10 standard delivery, usually within 7–10 days. Free standard delivery on orders over £100.

Shipping

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is £10 per order, with free standard delivery on orders of £100 or more. Eligibility is based on the order value after discounts.

Estimated delivery is 7 to 10 days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Returns

If you change your mind, please email support@cuirsy.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. You may handle and try on an item as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, where applicable.

When a complete order is cancelled under applicable UK consumer law, the standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@cuirsy.com or call +44 7400 526722. Include your order number and clear photographs where relevant so we can resolve the issue.
