These terms apply when you browse or place an order through cuirsy.com. Cuirsy is operated by CUIRSY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16997209. Products and prices

We sell women’s clothing. Product descriptions, available sizes, prices and any applicable charges are shown on the product page and at checkout. Colours may look different on different screens. We may correct an obvious error in a listing or price; if that affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

VAT

CUIRSY LIMITED does not currently charge VAT on orders. Product prices are displayed in GBP, and any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. For questions about a price or order documentation, contact support@cuirsy.com.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil the order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken for that item. Please check your order details, delivery address and contact information before submitting the order.

Payment

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We do not ask customers to send payment by email or to an account provided outside our checkout. The total payable amount, including delivery charges, is shown before you place an order.

Delivery

Available delivery destinations, charges and estimates are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Unless we agree a different time with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the order. Please contact us if an order is delayed or arrives damaged.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

For most online purchases of clothing, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Please email support@cuirsy.com for the correct return address and instructions before posting anything. Your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described are separate from your change-of-mind cancellation rights and are not limited by these terms.

Using this website

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. Unless otherwise stated, the text, design and imagery on this site belong to CUIRSY LIMITED or are used with permission. You may view them for personal shopping but may not reuse them commercially without permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use this store.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The version available when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law where you live.
